个人简介
2018年毕业于浙江大学,获环境科学专业博士学位,2018-2021年在清华大学(深圳国际研究生院)从事博士后研究,2022年入职海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室,海洋微生物资源开发与利用创新团队骨干成员,海南省其他类高层次人才。先后承担广东省基础与应用基础研究青年基金项目1项,海南省重点研发“揭榜挂帅”项目子课题1项,发表SCI论文10余篇。
学术成果
主要从事微生物群体感应系统调控下的菌群行为及其受调机制研究。主要创新成果如下:(1)采用传统菌株(具备信号合成和毒素降解双功能菌株)筛选、基因组学、转录组学、分子生物学等技术,首次揭示了微囊藻毒素(由水华蓝藻的分泌的最常见毒素)的微生物降解行为受到群体感应信号的调控,提升了对微囊藻毒素生物降解机理的认识,为微囊藻毒素污染的生物修复奠定了分子理论基础。(2)从常见的微囊藻毒素降解菌基因组中鉴定到了套索肽合成基因簇,通过体外表达、色谱分离、质谱鉴定等手段,分离到了具有杀藻活性的新型套索肽,并且证实了该套索肽的合成受群体感应信号的调控。
目前研究方向主要集中在以下几方面:(1)海水养殖环境中微生物互作关系(信号交流/营养竞争等);(1)南海土著微生物源水产弧菌群体感应淬灭剂的筛选及相关绿色水产抗菌剂的开发;(3)对虾虾苗培育系统中的微生物群落解析及其驱动机制研究等。
