个人简介
南京农业大学应用海洋生物学博士、优秀博士毕业生,加拿大University of Waterloo联合培养博士,海南省D类高层次人才。主持国家自然科学基金、海南省重点研发、海南省自然科学基金、服务地方性项目、海南大学科研启动项目等5项。在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Microbiology Spectrum、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Journal of Environmental Management等国际期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇,H指数15(源自Google Scholar)。担任Microbiological Research、Frontiers in Microbiology、Marine Pollution Bulletin等学术期刊审稿人。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利4项,授权2项。研究领域为海洋微生物资源开发与应用以及酶与酶工程,目前主要集中在以下研究方向:
1. 海洋微生物功能蛋白结构与功能以及功能机制解析;
2. 水产养殖环境与近岸海域低能耗生态净化;
3. 养殖系统病原微生物快速检测和生态防控;
4. 南海近岸大型藻类高附加值资源化利用。
