个人简介
海南大学水生生物学博士,博士后。承担海南省重点研发项目1项,海南省自然科学基金1项,海南大学科研启动基金项目1项,海南省博士后面上项目1项。参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、海南省重大科技专项、海南省重点研发等课题多项。出版专著1部,发表高水平学术论文20余篇(第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文11篇)。海南大学D类高层次引进人才,入选海南省其他类高层次人才计划。
学术成果
长期开展卵形鲳鲹等海水鱼类免疫相关分子及其作用机制等研究,为鱼类健康养殖提供新的策略。主要成果如下:
1. 深入研究卵形鲳鲹多种免疫相关基因的功能及其抗病机制,并探索其作为水产动物免疫增强剂的应用前景。
2. 深入研究了卵形鲳鲹MHC基因家族,分析了MHC基因多态性与卵形鲳鲹抗哈维氏弧菌、神经坏死病毒疾病之间的关系,为卵形鲳鲹的抗病育种选育提供新的思路。
3. 筛选获得了可显著提高驼背鲈生长及抗病力的益生菌种类,并确定了最佳投喂策略,为促进驼背鲈养殖产业的发展提供了基础。
4. 构建多种鱼类细胞系,为开展鱼类免疫基因功能研究奠定良好的基础。
目前研究方向主要集中在以下三方面:

2. 热带鱼类免疫增强剂研发与应用
3. 热带鱼类重要病原的致病机理
