个人简介
南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室骨干成员,海南大学海洋学院鱼类营养研究室学术带头人;获聘国家农业农村部海洋牧场专家委员会委员和海南省海洋牧场战略研究工作站团队负责人;获首批海南省“南海名家”青年项目;获首批海南省拔尖人才称号;2008年博士毕业于中山大学,师从麦康森院士、刘永坚教授;2010博士后出站于暨南大学;2013年3月至2014年3月于美国德州农工大学 (Texas A&M University)访问,与国际著名水产动物营养学家、国际著名杂志Aquaculture主编Gatlin博士合作研究美国红鱼及杂交条纹鲈营养;同时与美国德州农工大学Guoyao Wu(伍国耀)教授课题组、奥本大学Yaxiong Tao(陶亚雄)教授课题组、英国伦敦国王学院Christer教授课题组建立了紧密的合作关系;主持或参与国家科技部重点研发计划项目、国家工业和信息化部重点项目、国家自然科学基金、海南省现代重点项目等多个国家级、省部级科研项目;截止2020年11月以第一作者或通讯作者在British Journal of Nutrition、Aquaculture、Aquaculture Nutrition等知名期刊累计发表SCI论文26篇,现为水产养殖和营养领域多个国际期刊学术审稿人。
学术成果
首次在国际上较系统研究了虎龙斑的营养需求、代谢、生理、免疫和低鱼粉饲料配伍技术,主要有以下几方面:
1.首次研究并建立了虎龙斑常量营养素需求量数据库;
2.首次研究确定了虎龙斑必需氨基酸营养,建立了其必需氨基酸需求量数据库和氨基酸平衡技术体系;
3.首次研究并初步阐明了虎龙斑必需氨基酸营养代谢和营养免疫等功能特征;
4.首次研究并建立了基于鸡肉粉、猪血球蛋白粉、普通豆粕、大豆分离蛋白、棉蛋白的虎龙斑低鱼粉饲料配伍技术体系;
5.首次研究并初步阐明了虎龙斑体内激素—GLUTs-血糖调控轴;
6.首次研究并初步建立了虎龙斑维生素营养数据库。
目前的主要研究方向
1.水生经济动物营养需求、代谢、生理和免疫研究;
2.水生经济动物饲料蛋白源开发与低鱼粉饲料配伍技术研究。
