基于化学修饰核酸或者核酸的动态结构实现光、小分子和蛋白质等条件响应控制核酸功能,特别是细胞内精准调控基因表达。目前以第一作者(共同第一作者)在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., CCS Chem., Chem. Sci., Chin. Chem. Lett., Chem. Commun.等化学杂志发表多篇论文。

致力于开发和应用化学工具研究和调控核酸的结构与功能,以化学手段精准控制功能核酸在细胞中发挥作用。
