Dr. Yangang Xing, BSc, MSc, PhD, FHA, Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff University, 2003-2006, PhD in Sustainability System Dynamics Modelling, University of Salford. 2015-Present, Welsh School of Architecture (WSA), Cardiff University, Ser Cymru Research Fellow – Plants and Architecture

His Interdisciplinary researches include: Building Physics, Urban Sustainability Planning, Retrofit, Green infrastructure, Building Performance Evaluation, Green roofs/walls, bio-infiltration, energy crops, organic building materials, biomimicry, reserve biomimicry, urban agriculture and environmental remediation

Academic positions: (1) Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHA) ;(2) Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers Association (MCIBSE).
