二、个人简介
南京师范大学水生生物学专业博士,从事南海鱼类遗传与育种的研究工作。入选海南省高层次人才引进计划。曾先后参与国家863项目子课题、国家重点研发计划、江苏省重点研发计划等项目;参与石斑鱼、波纹唇鱼人工繁育、石斑鱼雌核发育、黄颡鱼杂交育种、暗纹东方鲀抗寒育种等多项工作。发表SCI学术论文10余篇(其中第一作者7篇)。
三、科研概况
学术成果
从事经济鱼类遗传与育种的研究,成果应用于生产并推动相关产业的发展。主要的创新成果如下:
1. 破译暗纹东方鲀基因组,揭示暗纹东方鲀在转录、蛋白、代谢等不同水平应对低温胁迫的分子机制,构建多层次的暗纹东方鲀响应低温的调控网络。
2. 聚焦鱼类衍变过程中基因组变化的内在联系,探讨其环境适应性进化的潜在规律,揭示鱼类应对负面环境的调控机制,为创制鱼类优良品种提供基础资料。
3. 探索不同体色的豹纹鳃棘鲈皮肤组织的黑色素酶、色素细胞、黑色素合成相关基因和蛋白的差异。同时,全面解析豹纹鳃棘鲈基因组信息,为开展豹纹鳃棘鲈体色全基因组选育提供基础资料。
