团队负责人:
郑丽,博士(后),陕西富平人,副教授,海南省拔尖人才,南海青年名家。主要从事香蕉枯萎病研究,目前主持国家自然科学基金2项,海南省重点研发计划项目2项,中国博士后科学基金等共8项,参与海南省重大科技专项计划项目1项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Environmental Microbiology、Frontiers in Plant Science、Rice Science、Viruses-Basel、Virology等专业领域发表SCI论文20余篇。第一完成人授权国家发明专利1项,参编了《槟榔主要病虫害原色图谱》和普通高等教育农业农村部“十三五”规划教材《农药专业英语》第二版中的部分章节。
团队研究方向:以香蕉枯萎病病原尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)为主要研究对象,利用分子生物学、生物信息学和各种组学技术,开展病原真菌功能和进化基因组学研究,旨在全面揭示香蕉枯萎病菌的致病分子调控机理,为制定和发展新的病害防控策略奠定理论基础。
