吴友根,博士,三级教授,博士生导师。海南省领军人才、教育部宝钢优秀教师、南海名家、海南省高等学校优秀中青年骨干教师、海南省“515人才工程”第二层次人才、海南大学第四届“十佳教师”、海南大学教学名师。荣获中国侨联第九届“侨届贡献奖”、全国教学创新大赛三等奖、海南省教学创新大赛一等奖、海南大学教学创新大赛一等奖,合作获得海南省教学成果一等奖2项。先后主持国家自然科学基金5项、中央财政林业科技推广示范项目、海南省重点研发计划项目、海南省中药现代化专项资金项目等课题20多项目。在国内外核心刊物发表论文100多篇,主编著作5部、参编国家级规划等教材6部。申请国家发明专利5项,授权4项。参与选育品种6个,制定标准和规程6项,开发科技产品5个。
