团队负责人

李茂富,副教授,海南省拔尖人才,硕士生导师,国家热带植物种质资源库——油梨种质分库、农业农村部油梨种质资源圃负责人。主要从事园艺学相关专业课程教学和果树种质资源创新利用与高效栽培技术研究工作。国内外收集油梨资源200余份,初步筛选出油梨优异种质10余份,在海南、贵州、云南等省推广试种油梨新品种300余亩,累计主持各类科研项目15项,荣获海南省教学成果一等奖1项,二等奖1项,海南大学教学成果特等奖2项,在国内外期刊发表学术论文30余篇,编著教材和专著4部,申获国家发明专利2项,实用新型专利3项,制定海南省地方标准2项。

团队研究方向:

1、热带果树种质资源收集、保护、鉴定与评价

从国内外广泛引进、收集油梨、百香果、菠萝优异种质资源,建立种质资源收集圃与保存圃,对资源开展精准鉴定与评价,筛选出性状优良的各色优异资源,为新种质创制提供种质基础。

2、热带果树资源种质创新与利用

以优异种质资源为供体,通过自然突变、组合诱变、人工驯化、杂交育种、高效定向选育等技术,建立和优化规模化、定向的高效育种技术体系,创制综合性状优良、高附加值专用、环境友好以及特殊环境专属型新种质。

3、热带果树优良品种推广与配套关键技术研发

通过选育或创制出的优良新品种(系),积极开展DUS测试、新品种登记,申请新品种权保护,并研发新品种相配套的良种繁育、高效栽培、贮藏保鲜、产品加工等关键技术
