刘宁辽宁丹东人。海南大学材料科学与工程学院副研究员,海南自由贸易港高层次人才(E)。主要从事高分子微球、高分子基功能碳材料和过渡金属氧化物/碳复合材料的设计合成,应用于混合超级电容器和电磁波吸收领域。目前已Chemical Engineering JournalCarbonApplied Surface Science.SCI期刊发表论文十余篇,申请发明专利2项。
