个人简介:海深洋,博士,海南大学国际商学院讲师,海南省E类高层次人才。硕士毕业于韩国建国大学商学院,博士毕业于河南大学心理学院,获理学博士学位。近五年,在International Journal of Human Resource Management,International Journal of Hospitality Management,International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality ManagementJournal of Managerial Psychology等国际权威期刊上发表论文10余篇,担任Journal of Career Assessment编委成员以及Tourism Management,International Journal of Hospitality ManagementJournal of Hospitality Marketing & Management等期刊匿名审稿人,多次为五星级酒店和连锁餐厅品牌等提供管理咨询。

主要研究方向:职业可持续发展与优势使用,可持续人力资源管理与领导力,酒店管理与服务创新,AI-员工协作等

主要研究与统计方法:量表的开发与验证,多层次模型,经验取样法,多项式回归与响应面分析,相对权重分析等
