个人简介:海深洋,博士,海南大学国际商学院讲师,海南省E类高层次人才。硕士毕业于韩国建国大学商学院,博士毕业于河南大学心理学院,获理学博士学位。近五年,在International Journal of Human Resource Management,International Journal of Hospitality Management,International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management和Journal of Managerial Psychology等国际权威期刊上发表论文10余篇,担任Journal of Career Assessment编委成员以及Tourism Management,International Journal of Hospitality Management和Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management等期刊匿名审稿人,多次为五星级酒店和连锁餐厅品牌等提供管理咨询。
