In order to strengthen communication and connection, to listen widely to the opinions and suggestions of students and to coordinate and solve problems for the international students, we decided to establish an "Open Day for Institute Leaders" after the discussion at the Joint Meeting of Party and Government of the Institute, and the specific plans and procedures are as follows:

I. Determined Time

The "Open Day for Institute Leaders" will be scheduled on a Tuesday afternoon, in principle once a month (excluding winter and summer vacation). And the frequency can be adjusted and increased if necesary according to the reservations of international students.

II. Notice Releasing

The Office will release the notice of “Open Day for Institute Leaders” 7 days in advance on the institute website and WeChat Official Account to collect the reception issues.

III.Ways of Reservation

In order to enhance the work efficiency, online reservation will be adopted. The reservation should be made 3 working days in advance, and generally no interview will be accepted if not reserved. International students may fill in theReservation Form for the Open Day for Institute Leaders of the Institute of International Educationon the website and send the finished form to the institute mailbox:gjjyxy@hainanu.edu.cn.The officewill collect and sort the forms and feedback the reservations to the institute leaders. The institute will dispatch relevant leaders and department heads to the activities of "Open Day for Institute Leaders".

IV.Form of Reception

The total reception period for each time will be 2-3 hours, in the order of reservation time. The reservation can be made by individual or by a group (no more than 4 members), and each topic takes 20 minutes. If the reserved individual or group is late, the issue will be automatically postponed, and if it has not arrived by the end of the activity, the issue will be automatically cancelled.

5. Place of reception

Conference room 104, the first floor of the office building of theSchoolof International Education.
