SubmittingApplication

Applicants should log in Online Application systemhttps://hainanu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspxand submit the requiredmaterialsaccording to the program they are applying for.

QualificationVerification

The universitywillcheck the application documents andissuetheElectronicalLetter of Admission, Visa application form for Study in Chinato the qualifiedstudentsafter the applicants are approved.

VisaApplication

Admittedstudentsshould takethePassport,Letter of Admission,Visa application form for Study in China,the Foreigner Physical Examination Formand other required documentsto the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their country to apply for Student (X1 or X2) visa.

Registration

Admittedstudentsshould registerwithin the registration period mentioned in the Letter of Admission. Exception can be made to students who have informed theUniversityof their special reasons and have been granted permission for delay.


Note

Application fee should be paid when you submit your application materials, and the application fee is non-refundable whether you are admitted or not.

The applicant should affirm that all the information and documents provided are true and correct. Any conduct of falsification, fraud will result in cancellation ofyour admission qualification.

If the applicant's visa or residence permit has expired or is about to expire, the application will not be accepted.
