韩昱,女,博士,副研究员(高聘),硕士生导师,2022年10月入职于海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室。于厦门大学海洋生物学专业取得博士学位。主要从事海洋微生物生理生态学相关研究,运用多种分子生物学手段,系统研究不同生态系统的微生物群落与生源要素生物地球化学循环的过程与机制。在Microbiome、Environment International、The ISME Journal、Frontiers in Microbiology等国际TOP期刊发表SCI论文13篇。参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划、面上项目、联合基金项目,以及主持访问学者基金等10项。

Title/position: Associate Research Fellow, Masters` Supervisor
Yu Han, Ph.D., associate research fellow, and master's supervisor, joined State Key Laboratory of Marine Resource Utilization in South China Sea at Hainan University in October 2022. She obtained her Ph.D. in Marine Biology from Xiamen University. She mainly engages in research on marine microbial physiology and ecology, using various molecular biology methods to systematically study the processes and mechanisms of microbial communities and biogeochemical cycles of source elements in different ecosystems. She has published 13 SCI papers in international top journals such as Microbiome, Environment International, The ISME Journal, and Frontiers in Microbiology. She has participated in 10 projects, including the National Key R&D Program, Major Research Program, General Program, Joint Fund Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Visiting Scholar Fund.

●研究方向
关注不同生境下的微生物生理生态响应。利用多组学技术及生物信息学分析(基因、转录、蛋白及代谢组学),交叉结合生物地球化学过程速率,开展微生物群落动态变化、代谢过程与适应机制、有机无机化合物的利用与转化等研究工作,从生地化角度探讨微生物与生态环境间的交互作用。具体包括:
(1)全球气候变化下(如升温、缺氧、藻华等)的微生物生理生态响应过程与机制
(2)微生物群落与溶解有机质代谢的关系
(3)海洋微生物碳-氮-氧循环耦合的代谢过程和生理机制
(4)生源活性氧分子的源汇、生理机制及生态效应

Research Interests
Han focuses on the physiological and ecological responses of microorganisms in different habitats. Using multi-omics techniques and bioinformatics analysis (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics), combined with the rates of biogeochemical processes, research is conducted on the dynamic changes of microbial communities, metabolic processes and adaptation mechanisms, and the utilization and transformation of organic and inorganic compounds. The interaction between microorganisms and the ecological environment is explored from a biogeochemical perspective. Specifically, the research includes:
(1)physiological and ecological response processes and mechanisms of microorganisms under global climate change (such as warming, hypoxia, and algal blooms);
(2)the relationship between microbial communities and dissolved organic matter metabolism;
(3)the metabolic processes and physiological mechanisms of the coupling of carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen cycles in marine microorganisms;
(4)the sources, physiological mechanisms, and ecological effects of reactive oxygen species.
