Research Interests
ProfessorLihas long been committed to the research and industrialization of optoelectronic integrated chips based on planar optical waveguide technology, which is mainly used in optical fiber communication networks and is the core device in optical networks. He has done a lot of work in the field of optical communication, especially in the industrialization of integrated optical chips such as optical splitters.
He built the first industrializable wafer production line (6 inches) in China, and a complete integrated optical industry process platform in China, of which technical level has reached "international advanced and domestic leading", filling a number of domestic technology gaps.
Research interests: information and sensor chip technology, basic application of planar optical waveguide (PLC) communication technology, design and application of sensing chip of microelectromechanical system (MEMS) technology, intelligent network array monitoring technology.
