3.1 硬件部分

3.2.1 采用先进的PID控制技术,微波功率自动连续调整

3.2.2 配置高精度红外温度控制系统,只需一个红外温度传感器控制所有测量样品的温度,以避免多个传感器之间的误差,控温范围:0-350℃,样品控温精度:±1℃,控温响应时间≤1秒,要求能在控制终端上显示控温精度。并且可控制显示最高温度、平均温度、最低温度的消解罐。

3.3 控制终端

★3.3.1 用防腐型触摸式一体/分体两用智能控制终端,高分辨率彩色显示,大屏幕直观易操作,可远距离在线控制微波消解系统的所有操作。非民用移动终端。

3.3.2 全自动消解罐识别系统,根据用户消解样品的数量和消解罐类型,全自动调节微波输出功率大小,确保每次试验的重现性。

3.3.3 全自动过温保护系统,当消解罐内温度高于设定温度时,全自动识别并自动切断微波输出,确保操作安全。当消解温度回归正常时,自动识别并启动,全自动消解罐识别系统。保证样品消解不会中断重做。

3.3.4 微波消解过程中平均功率计算功能,为新方法的建立提供足够依据

3. Specifications and Technical Indicators

3.1 Hardware

3.1.1 the use of the most advanced dual magnetron microwave control technology (output power ≥ 1900W).

3.1.2 The microwave emission mode can be divided into pulse and non-pulse, and it can be confirmed by microwave power curve. Magnetron has a lifetime warranty. While full power operation, microwave leakage is less than or equal to 0.05mW/cm2 (Providing international standard test methods and data), which can ensure the health of operators.

3.1.3 Multi-dimensional microwave energy output. The combination of “microwave scatterer technology” and “Power enable energy maximization technology” can ensure uniform energy distribution and optimization of microwave energy in the cavity.

3.1.4 Large microwave digestion chamber (volume ≥ 70L) can ensure the processing of large quantities of samples. There are detailed dimensions of the working chamber and the whole machine.

3.1.5 The cavity body has a multi-layer PTFE coating, which can be antiseptic for more than or equal to 5 years.

3.1.6 Stainless steel self-priming door body [x2] [x3] can be self-priming closed, which can effectively prevent explosion and microwave leakage. It has a function of automatic translation lagging. 3.1.7 Automatic locking system. The door body is equipped with a temperature control lock. The operators can set the temperature control door lock in the range of room temperature to 1000 ℃ through operating software to prevent the door body in the experimental process being accidentally opened to ensure the safety of the operators. When the door is opened, the microwave output power can be automatically cut off.

3.2 Temperature/Pressure Control System

3.2.1 The use of advanced PID control technology can automatically and continuously adjust the microwave power.

3.2.2 It is equipped with a high-precision infrared temperature control system. Only one infrared temperature sensor can control the temperature of all measured samples, avoiding the error between multiple sensors. Temperature control range: 0-350 ℃; sample temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃; temperature control response time ≤ 1 second. The temperature control accuracy can be displayed on the control terminal. And there is a digestion tank that can control and display the highest temperature, average temperature and the lowest temperature.

3.3 Control Terminal

3.3.1 It is equipped with anticorrosive touch-type integrated/split dual-use intelligent control terminal and high-resolution color display screen, which makes it easy to be operated and help it control all operations of the microwave digestion system online from a distance. It is non-civilian mobile terminal.

3.3.2 Full-automatic digestion tank identification system. According to the number of samples digested by the user and the type of digestion tank, it can automatically adjust microwave output power size to ensure the reproducibility of each test.

3.3.3 Automatic over-temperature protection system. When the temperature in the digestion tank is higher than the set temperature, the microwave output will be cut off automatically to ensure the safety of operation. When the digestion temperature returns to normal, the system will automatically start to ensure that the sample digestion will not be interrupted.

3.3.4 Average power calculation function during microwave digestion can provide sufficient basis for the establishment of new methods.

3.3.5 The surface of the control terminal is treated with special anti-corrosion treatment.

3.3.6 Method and working data can be synchronized and saved to the controller and other computers and smart mobile terminals.

3.3.7 Multi-language operation interface, including Chinese operation interface.

3.4 High-pressure and high-throughput sample tank rotor.

3.4.1 High-temperature/high-pressure sample digestion tank. Each digestion tank has “elastic pressure relief valve” active pressure relief protection technology, which does not affect the sample to continue digestion after the pressure relief. The pressure relief process will not consume any part.
