    沈义俊教授作为项目负责人承担的国家重点研发计划“深海关键技术与装备” 重大技术专项顺利通过科技部组织专家进行的项目验收

近日,由海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室副主任、中组部海外引进国家特聘海洋工程专家沈义俊教授作为项目负责人承担的科技部国家重点研发计划“深海关键技术与装备” 重大技术专项 “超深水多用途柔性管的研制与示范”(项目总经费:2000万元)顺利通过科技部组织有关专家进行的项目验收。

该项目以打破国外垄断,研发新型深海管道为目标。按照任务书要求,完成了超深水多用途柔性管设计、生产、测试、检测、监测、安装与维修等关键技术的研究。研发了纤维增强热塑性复合材料带及柔性管的生产工艺和生产设备,生产了玻纤增强聚苯硫醚单向带和碳纤增强聚醚醚酮单向带,并经过第三方测试;生产了玻纤增强聚乙烯柔性管、玻纤增强聚苯硫醚柔性管和碳纤增强聚醚醚酮柔性管及柔性管接头,并经过第三方测试;开展了500 m级矿浆输送柔性管规范化海上试验并通过海试现场验收。获得美国石油学会API认证和中国特种设备(压力管道元件)制造许可证。完成和达到了任务书要求的研究内容和考核指标。

项目研制的纤维增强热塑性复合材料带及柔性管部分技术指标国际先进,形成的柔性管设计分析技术、无损检测装备和智能化监测系统具有创新性,发明的“多层共挤内管” 生产工艺技术,大幅降低了耐渗透柔性管的生产成本。项目成果在油气输送领域得到推广应用。该成果将继续用于深海油气开发,也正在用于指导深海资源开发工程,继续产生巨大经济效益。






Recently, the major technology special project “The Development and Demonstration of Ultra-Deep Sea Water Multipurpose Flexible Pipes” ( the total funding: RMB 20 million) of The National Key Research and Development Program “Deep-Sea Key Technology and Equipment” whose leader was Professor Shen Yijun, Deputy Director of MRU and a distinguished expert in marine engineering introduced from overseas by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China, successfully passed the project acceptance by experts organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China


The project aimed to break the monopoly of foreign countriesin this field and develop a new type of deep-sea pipe. According to the requirements of the mission statement, the research of key technologies such as design, production, testing, inspection, monitoring, installation and maintenance of ultra-deep sea water multi-purpose flexible pipes was completed. This project had developed the production process and production equipment of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite tape and flexible pipe, produced GF/PPS unidirectional tape, CF/PEEK unidirectional tape, GF/PE flexible pipe, GF/ PPS flexible pipe and CF/PEEK flexible pipe as well as its joint which had passed the third-party test, carried out the standard experiment of 500 m-class slurry transportation using flexible pipe which passed the on-spot acceptance. Besides, the new type of pipe had obtained API certification and manufacture license of special equipment (pressure piping component) in China, completing and achieving the research content and assessment indexes required by the mission statement respectively.


The technical indexes of the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite tape and flexible pipe developed by the project were leading the world; the design and analysis technology, nondestructive testing equipment and intelligent monitoring system of the flexible pipe were innovative; the invention of the “multi-layer co-extruded inner pipe” production process technology could significantly reduce the production cost of permeation-resistant flexible pipe. The project achievements have been promoted and applied in the field of oil and gas transportation and will continue to be used in developing deep-sea oil and gas and guiding deep-sea resource development projects, keeping generating huge economic benefits.
