Currently, the college has 85 full-time teachers, including 18 professors, 24 associate professors, and 43 lecturers. Among them, there is 1 national model teacher, 1 national teaching master, 2 “Youth Talents” recognized by the Central Propaganda Department, 2 experts of the “Marxist Project” under the Central Government, 2 experts with special government allowances from the State Council, 1 member of the Teaching Advisory Committee of Marxist Theory Professional Categories of the Ministry of Education, 1 member of the Teaching Advisory Committee for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education, 2 outstanding talents in Hainan Province, 10 leading talents, 3 candidates at the first and second levels of the Hainan Province’s “515 Talent Project”, 3 outstanding experts in Hainan Province, 2 key experts directly contacted by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, 2 “Nanhai Famous Scholars” in Hainan Province, 2 “Nanhai Young Famous Scholars” in Hainan Province, and 16 top-notch talents. Additionally, the college boasts 25 award winners of the National Teaching Achievement Award, Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Special Award Nomination Award, “Annual Influential Figures of College Ideological and Political Teachers” awarded by the Ministry of Education, “National Top Teachers in College Ideological and Political Teaching,” and the first prize winner of the National Exhibition of College Ideological and Political Teaching. The college has 77 part-time teachers and 11 specially-appointed professors.
