The School prides itself on a distinguished faculty comprising 6 awardees of the National Talent Programme and 12 dedicated professors. It takes charge of a multitude of national key projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology’s major/key special initiatives, national engineering projects and other national key projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, CMC Science and Technology Commission, etc. The School’s teaching and research platforms encompass remarkable establishments such as the Haizhi Workstation of China Association for Science and Technology (Hainan University Applied Electronics) and International Cooperation Base for Microelectronics in Hainan Province. The School is actively engaged in plotting the Integrated Circuit Industry-Academia-Research Alliance of Hainan Province, fostering collaborative laboratories with prominent research institutes (such as VeriSilicon, Fly-Chip and CETC), enterprises and IC design and testing organizations both within and beyond the province.
