第16届绿色、普适和云计算国际会议（GPC-2021）将于2021年12月17-19日在中国海口举行。GPC-2021将为学术界和计算机界的科学家和工程师提供一个论坛，展示他们在绿色、普适和云计算各方面的研究成果和开发活动。我们真诚地希望参会者能从本次会议中学习到利用移动云计算（MCC）、软件定义网络（SDN）和混合云服务等新概念和新技术，提高云数据中心和无线设备的能效，帮助我们塑造一个“绿色”世界。本届GPC将由海南大学主办。
