肖驰(博士),海南大学生物医学工程学院副教授。博士毕业于中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室,模式识别与智能系统专业。自2020年2月,加入海南大学生物医学工程学院骆清铭教授团队,致力于海量大脑三维显微成像数据的处理与分析等研究工作。
主要研究方向
1.全脑尺度神经元形态的自动识别与重建;
2.脑构筑成像中胞体和神经纤维的自动提取与分析;
3.基于深度学习的生物医学图像处理。
