李安安,海南大学生物医学工程学院客座教授,华中科技大学教授、博士生导师,华中科技大学苏州脑空间信息研究院副院长,入选中国科学院脑科学与智能技术卓越中心年轻骨干人才。
2011年华中科技大学生物医学工程专业毕业,获工学博士学位。自2011年3月,在武汉光电国家研究中心工作,历任副教授(2011)、教授(2016)。曾获得过2014年国家技术发明奖二等奖(3/8)、2013年全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖、2006年湖北省科技进步一等奖(6/11)、华中科技大学学术新人奖。是中国图象图形学学会脑图谱专业委员会委员、中国光学学会生物医学光子学专业委员会青年委员。
主要研究:
神经光学图像的处理、大数据处理、脑网络数据的分析和可视化、神经科学应用等。已在综合类、方法类和神经科学类的学术期刊发表了研究论文70余篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文20余篇,包括Science、Nature Methods、Neuron、Neuroinformatics等。
