肖驰(博士),海南大学生物医学工程学院副教授,博士生导师。2012年本科毕业于北京理工大学,自动化专业。2016年硕士毕业于北京理工大学,模式识别与智能系统专业。2019年博士毕业于中国科学院自动化研究所,模式识别与智能系统专业。2020年加入海南大学生物医学工程学院骆清铭教授团队。
主要研究方向:
1. 全脑尺度神经元形态的自动识别与重建;
2. 脑构筑成像中胞体和神经纤维的自动提取与分析;
3. 基于深度学习的生物医学图像处理。
