      李向宁

    李向宁,海南大学生物医学工程学院教授,博士生导师,华中科技大学苏州脑空间信息研究院生物平台主任,中国生物医学工程学会类器官与器官芯片分会副主任委员。2007毕业于华中科技大学,获生物医学工程专业博士学位。2007-2023年于华中科技大学工作,历任讲师、副教授、教授。2010-2012年纽约州立大学布法罗分校做博士后研究,2016年于美国冷泉港实验室做访问学者。2008年获湖北省优秀博士学位论文奖,2017年指导本科生获得湖北省优秀学士论文。

    主要研究:

    从事神经环路结构、功能与病理机制研究。1)致力于开发适用于大体积生物组织的样本处理策略,探索啮齿类、灵长类整体器官结构和组织模式;2)结合显微光学切片成像、光电联合刺激、类器官等技术,在介观水平解析学习与记忆的神经环路基础、神经退行性疾病机制等。相关工作以第一作者或通讯作者发表于Nature Neuroscience, Nature Communications, PNAS,Science Bulletin等。合作文章发表于Nature, Nature Methods, Neuron等顶级期刊。

    主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目,科技部科技创新2030重大项目,参与了国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项等项目。
